Part 7 – Further options for reform

The following questions relate to the discussion set out in Part 7 of the Issues Paper.

This part of the paper seeks views on further options for reform including lessons that could be drawn from other anti-discrimination laws, how the operation of the law could be clarified, what supports or guidance could be provided to duty holders and how we can future-proof the Disability Discrimination Act.
