Published responses
Between 15 July 2025 and 15 September 2025 we sought views on possible approaches to creating an accreditation framework for Children’s Contact Services (CCS). We received submissions from a range of stakeholders, including:
- government-funded CCS providers
- private CCS providers
- CCS users
- peak bodies
- advocacy groups.
Thank you to everyone who provided a response. We are using the feedback we received to inform the development of the final sections of the impact analysis.
We have only published answers from respondents who gave permission. We have removed personal and identifying information from submissions (other than names, where consent has been provided). However, we have considered all responses in our analysis.
