Proposed Commitment 5: Enhancing transparency of AI and digital accessibility

The Australian Government will use AI-enabled assessment tools to conduct regular, systematic reviews of two key areas of public sector performance:

the quality, completeness and accessibility of agency AI Transparency Statements; and
the digital experience of public-facing government information and services, including accessibility, usability, discoverability and compliance with relevant standards.
