As part of the second stage of public sector whistleblowing reforms, we released a consultation paper in November 2023 seeking views on how to improve the accessibility and effectiveness of the PID Act for reporting potential wrongdoing, and options for additional supports for whistleblowers.
We received 56 submissions and have published these, where we had permission to do so. Some information may have been redacted from submissions where it could identify a person who asked to remain anonymous or included personal information such as a home address or personal email. However, all submissions to this consultation will help inform consideration of advice to government on public sector whistleblowing reforms.
