Published responses
Between 6 July and 28 July 2023, we consulted the public on a proposal to amend the Statutory Declarations Act 1959 and the Statutory Declarations Regulations 2018 to introduce new ways of executing Commonwealth statutory declarations.
We have published the responses received below. We have not published responses from stakeholders who withheld permission for us to publish their responses. However, we have considered all responses in our analysis.
